Brydge+ and Brydge keyboards are backed by our 6 Month Manufacturer Warranty. Should your Brydge+ or Brydge cease to function properly, Brydge LLC will fix or replace your Brydge+ or Brydge for up to 6 months from your purchase date. Accidental damage, scratches, dings, dents or any shifting in the keyboard due to rough treatment of the Brydge are not covered and will void the warranty. To place a claim an item you must contact Brydge LLC via email within 6 months from the date your order was placed.
Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your Brydge purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.
Products can be returned for a refund within 15 days of purchase.* Products must be returned in original condition in the original packaging. Products with damage, scratches, dings or dents cannot be returned. We cannot process refunds on damaged items; damaged items will be returned to the customer via USPS shipping. Brydge LLC is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages and we suggest that you insure the returned package(s) through the carrier. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refund will be for the purchase price, (less applicable restocking fee). All refunds are made via PayPal and subject to a 3% PayPal fee.
Before returning any item(s), you must e-mail info (at) thebrydge.com to receive an RMA number, regardless of reason. Brydge cannot accept any returned items without prior notification and authorization.
Return Shipping Methods. Please note that third-party shippers, such as UPS Store, FedEx Kinko's, Mailbox Ect., and similar companies, may add charges to normal ground shipping costs. Brydge LLC does not reimburse these charges. Do not return any items COD; we cannot accept COD returns.
Return shipping costs and other incidental fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Our cost of shipping may be deducted from the refund amount for all returned units. Brydge LLC may reimburse shipping costs if a returned unit is found to be defective.

For all International RMA items, please email info (at) thebrydge.com to receive instructions on where to ship the items. The location depends on the country of purchase. Brydge will refund up to $35 USD for the cost of shipping items that fall under the Manufacturer's Warranty.
*Laser Engraved products, Neoprene Cases, USB Cords and Shims are not eligible to be refunded.
